Again its a £15k car when spec'd with DSG, 5 doors, performance pack etc. Do love them though and they are a real weapon on track.

Yeah i'm defo leaning towards this, as you say more power is easily achievable with a K04 conversion.

Air could be in the pump, fire your ABS on a dirt track or wet road a few times and try it then if your still not happy.

IME OE Brembo pads aren't the best and compress quite easily. I'd bleed the system as I mentioned above if still spongy.

My commute is a 50 mile round trip from Liverpool to Manchester, the Skoda is about as extreme as i'd care to go. Did it a few times in the track spec 182 with AST's with 11kg springs and EPAS it was truly a horrible experience!
