    the engine is basically a laguna v6 24v... polished and tweeked by twr. the mk2 gearbox is known to be a bit stronger but the mk1 clutch is much stronger..

    mk2 box will fit although the clutches and flywheels are different... correct about the induction ...bigger inlet manifolds etc...

    you can have the car serviced at any vat registered garage... as long as they use genuine parts... they have to honour the warranty.

    a drain and refill will be about 1 litre short of the capacity of the box guy's.
