Looking on autotrader and noticed that you can get a decent mk1 for around 10k now. i know that they arent as good as mark 2 however how would they compare to the 182 i had before? anybody who has switched between the two? also wonder if a 182 trophy would be better?

id say band f mate as thats the highest band so the tax will go up £10. band g which is the one going up to £300 now is for cars register after 1 march 06 with c02 ratings over 225

nah there is no way you are getting insurance on a 2.0 clio for that prce unless you are doing something dodgy ie putting it in your mums/dads name. you havent even got your licence mate and im older and have a year ncb and i pay that in a low crime area.

welcome to the renault warranty worth fcuk all mate. just do what i did bite the bullet and get a new set of quality pads and disks say about £250 for the front and have better quaity plus better braking. or just get used to going through pads for fun.
