AG Glass polish but it will be hard work by hand depending on size and depth of scratches. Machine polisher is best for that.

Well if your going down the hand route then get yourself some pads from cleanyourcar.co.uk. These will do the job and they're cheap and cheerful. The polisher will probably do more harm then good so it's best to leave that out the picture. The trims you could go for AG Plastic Detailer

Why would you polish after the wax? Also the Halfreuds Polisher is terrible.
