If you can get a full respray done for under 1k and it looks good I'll be suprised. No offence of course, but it was going to cost me £580 to have just a door done.

It will cost more than 1k to respray in LY.

More than likely the pump, common problem from what I've seen. Bit of pita to sort out, as you have to remove the wipers, scuttle panel and then the washer tank. The windscreen wipers are the biggest ballache.
