It's only ever my left that freezes on, I did have a new cable on the right a few months ago though. But yeah, the handbrake moves freely and fine as it should, but the wheel doesn't move :S
Yer I had a bit of a faff getting hold of them as the 200 cup assembly is different to the 197 cup/r27 set up from memory. But got there in the end. Need to order spacers at the end of the month then get them fitted.
White spots should go away with some form of trim restorer. I've got some Poorboys which seems to work a treat on them.
Nice purchase though, albi looks awesome.
Let the ex drive the R27 once, came back with a curbed wheel, but she counterbalanced it with a full tank of v-power, left the recipet on the dash with a sorry note, she was too scared to tell me bless.
Could be the power steering motor, if I remember correctly it's a box under the dash on the steering column, could be a lose/worn connection. Hope you get it sorted!

I'll PM you the site I run.
As for the site you put, that's do-able in magento, it's basically just built around CMS pages and a product template page.
I use it daily dude, have done for a couple of years now. Very easy to use.
In regards to the templates, they are easy, you don't really need any html as you can type into them like you would in a word document, the only time you need coding is if you want to make things a bit more complex...
How much did everything cost if you don't mind me asking? Just spent £1200 getting mine fixed so won't be for a few months, but I need this stance in my life. Damn you!
