    We can get away with a new belt as yours is so new. Pas would be worse when cold and get better as the oil thins out.

    How slow was it on live data? You shouldn't see it working up and down the voltage, it should be almost flicking between the upper and lower voltages

    Diagnostics is only as good as the person using it. It's very common for people to say "oh it's the pump" just because it shows a fault.

    Atmospheric. ~1100mBar. Without the engine running have a look at the map sensor and barometric sensor and they should be the same
