Waterpump is brand new, wondering however of it was a faulty one. Radiator looks in average nick but wouldn't it be apparent during pressure test of coolant systen

Yeah definitely, they didn't do it on any last time. Only trouble is by the time you get round to the last few they'll be on the cold limiter again.
