    brake light fault with mine was the switch on the pedal...just stuck it in place...problem solved... rusty door bolts....rear wheel tracking and alarm fault...all done under warranty.

    i serviced mine at 10k and 20 k...changed the plugs at 20 although they did not need it. changed them cos i fitted Nos... 3rd set of rear tyres....still on 1st set of fronts. changed rear pads at 12k...fronts still ok... running costs are ok in my book... my mate had a 12k srvice on his...

    i bought 1 new and have had it 3 years...i can honestly say that i have loved every minute of it... i have had 5 bmws including an ALPINA good but didnt stop traffic like a Vee does.

    5 40 fully synthetic or 10 40 semi...i buy it direct from total/fina/elf...that is what they say for the uk climate.. if you thrash from cold then put in the 5 40 [Edited by clarkiev6 on 16 April 2005 at 2:56pm]
