Thought I would update this for anyone else.
ET43 2118s fit over 197/225 brembos with no spacer.
However the clearance is about 1mm and I'm not brave enough to run that.
Currently got some 16mm spacers with longer wheel bolts which I'm a little uneasy about tbh.

I changed one a few years ago and it was a right cxxt of a job to do.
I think Arronsautos in derby came up with a solution might be worth seeing if they will sell you the part.
Need a specialist tool to lock the cams. It's also a bell end to get to if your doing it on the ground.
Op I bought mine from a general garage and the timing was pretty far out, loosing 13bhp or so. The brakes where crap and a spring went within a month, however I did get it on the cheap...
Cost me roughly about 450ish
That was for: New shocks all round, New top mounts, Cooksport springs, new wishbones, trackrods, arb bushes, steering rack bushes.
Right today I saw a Black v6 in llanberis, Silver 182, Artic 182 on the A55 and a Monaco in Rosset near Chester.
First time I'v seen a v6 it looked great. :)

Tbh I don't think that diagrams showing an accurate version of the 182s suspension.
The shocks look like the ones off my old 1.2 the dish is far to deep, I doubt the rubber part would even sit in my shocks there's hardly any lip on them.
