The POI in the maps are non existent too. Even for basic essentials like McD lol. Misses most of them off.
Disappointed. Was hoping for better.
Map Fail..
Passbook fail.
App Store fail.
Passbook.... Click on App Store and it doesn't connect. It seems like there's no apps for it yet anyway? Kind of a waste to introduce it now?
Maps... Enough said.
Hate the new colour scheme.
Not keen on the new look App Store, it's data heavy and takes too long to load.
But it is faster...
Gutted with the mapping if it's not a good. I know what you're saying about the quality getting better but that kinda go against what apple strive for doesn't it? Releasing a half finished product (if that's what it is) seems to be a waste
was it Danny? That's interesting..?
So Far:
rest network settings.
Restore (fressh download), then put it all back (via usb comp back up).
Swore at it.
Threw it at sofa.
Loaded p**n to release some stress
Gonna test my misses' sim in a few hours.
I thought sounded more like an O2 issue as well. I'll try a fresh install. I wonder if these no service phones on eBay are handsets that have been zapped after being lost or stolen?
Oh Ffs.
Yesterday my phone started doing this, effectively bricking the phone. When I got home I did a restore, cleaned sim etc. seemed ok. Got up this morning and it's stuck on no service again.
I've looked in eBay and people are selling phones in this state leaving me to believe the phone...
Seems to be the answer then :)
Last thing, this won't result in me having 2 of each MP3 tho? Because I have "Copy files to Media Libray when adding to library" turned on?
ah: read this!
I should be adding the actual MP3's to "Automatically add to iTunes Folder".
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2364949?start=0&tstart=0
Ok.
For example you download a track from Beatport.
You save it with the rest of your music (in the correct folder - ie where itunes reads it's library from).
If you check the windows folder manually, it's in there correctly. If you check the itunes library it isn't. Nor is it in recently added...
That's how it's set up mate.
Thing is, I used to save to a windows folder and then drag new stuff into my itunes library. Which worked perfectly. Until I discovered that because I have "Copy files to Media Libray when adding to library" turned on I ended up then having to delete the original...
So.
I don't really buy my music from iTunes, it's all mostly downloaded from specialist sites..Beatport etc.
When I download from there the site saves each MP3 directly to my iTunes> iTunes Media > Music which is the correct place. Happy Days :)
However, I could do with iTunes realising...
I know how secretive apple usually are, but surely these renders have gotta be pretty much on the money? They've been knocking around for ages now. I'd be surprised if they didn't look exactly like that.
Hmm. And now iTunes is telling me my phone is synced to another library?!
Oh dear. I was after an external drive o move all my music. Maybe nows the time!?
As above? It's not syncing properly, nothing has changed, software updated to latest version ages ago.
I've never had 2 options (paddy laptop x 2) like that before? Any ideas?
