Re: Cambelt...list everything needed in a change
Great cheers Fred thats exactly what i wanted to know.at least im aware what needs to be changed.
I spoke to you just over a month ago about getting it done but travel may have to put me off coming so i wabt to make sure i know in my head exactly...
Re: Cambelt...list everything needed in a change
So a cambelt kit and aux kit would come with everything youve listed ther Fred? For example, if i went to get my cambelt and aux belt changed, i prosume the idlers and tensioners would be included and no were would simply just fit the belt...
I want to get my head around this and although there are a million cambelt threads allready i cant figure out exactly what i want to by reading through them
I basically want to know what parts exactly are needed
Please make a list
Eg;
•cambelt
•aux belt
•dephaser-please explain about this...
That will be tiny mate, ive got omp 300mm and that feels tiny!
The boss has nothing to do with the air bag light, the light will come on due to the air bag conectors, to stop the light you need 2 resistors.go to maplins and ask for 3.9ohm then you need one resistor in each airbag block heres a pic
Its a plus, i personally would only want a car that shows service history, theres no excuse not to have any really.
Fair enough if you do your own i think thats great, but it makes sence to keep reciepts of the service items/things youve bought etc
I have a file with all mot certs, tax renewal...
Re: Austin-182 project thread (2 year's late)
The back is all the way but still has adjuster in and i really dont know about the front, its as low as it can be without any tyre scrub lol
Re: Austin-182 project thread (2 year's late)
I find it alrite mate, ther not rated very well on here.they are a stiff ride but i dont know any different so cant really compare to anything
I think i sound thick here but im confused still lol
Ok so, the vga to vga cable will work on its own and i wont need to buy anything else
But the vga to hdmi cable wouldnt work on its own?
Re: Austin-182 project thread (2 year's late)

Re: Austin-182 project thread (2 year's late)
I wanted to change the diamond's so they were darker, rather than spraying i decided to cover them in a carbon look vinyl, they turned out great imo
In febuary 2010 i got some alcantara material as i wanted to re trim some interior parts with it...
Welcome to my progress thread,
I have wanted to start a project thread for a long time now, however, I haven't got round to doing it until now. Better late than never (ha)
I bought my Renaultsport Clio BG (black gold) 182 in October 2008 after owning my first car, a clio mk2 1.2 for 3...
Can anyone sugest the best product to use when adjusting coilovers, mine wudnt budge last time i tried and its pissing me off, what can i spray to help free them?
Austin
Cheers! On ebay i was reading the description and it said something about a convertor is needed!? Maybe im getting it confused though...?
Nice pic of ur car next to mine in June btw Mike ;)

Is there a difference between;
Laptop vga to tele vga
Laptop vga to tele hdmi
Will they do the same thing? My tele has the hdmi port on the side so would ve easier than getting to the vga port as thats on the back of the tele.(my tele is fixed on the wall)
Thanks again
Lol^
yea they are quite pricey, mine was a christmas present.i think there worth it, i know i will get alot of use out of mine, and considering there handheld the power is brilliant imo

Thought id share a pic of my dc31, anyone else use/ used obe of these? They are great for a handheld, very powerfull! Ideal for in the clio, espeshaly when weathers bad as dont need to trail the normal hoover wires outside in therain/snow etc....
The condition is ideal, mine broke so took it back and got it exchanged about 7 months ago, the back has normal day to day light scratches on but the front screen is imaculate, its had screen protectors on since the day i got it
