question on behalf of my mate really, he's on the free broadband deal from Sky, he says that his broadband is limited to 2GB a month..when he plays on PS3 Home or Xbox live does that connection count as downloading?? also, when he's ran speed test on his line it's showing 1.7meg max d/l speed...

Cat D is usually given when car is uneconomical to repair, regardless of which panels etc are damaged, i've seen cars given Cat D after they've been keyed down one side, just due to the cost of respray etc. It's different for each one, as stated best thing is to see the pics of the damage before...
