yeah just changed the oil and filter and it just feels better i'm guessing 30k

Did the oil change on saturday and after spending about an hour on get the filter off it went ok. I can't believe how different the car feels now, seems so much more responsive. The car was becoming a little sluggish but now its back so i'm really happy :) next up new exhaust

what if its on really tight like the rubbish thing is any tips?

Looking quality, very nice. This may sound strange but what did you use to clean your carpets, mine are filth. The right hand grip has started to come away as well :(
