Alex G yeah sounds like more good advice, Im still thinking i will credit card the cutouts, Slightly plastic weld it, Fiberglass the black, Slightly fiberglass the front, Skim the front...
Cheers lads, Good plan JCC, I think i may attempt to melt the card to the bumper then fiberglass and re inforce the back... Then as said resin over the front?
But that will be a mare to sand?.. Then filler and primer it...
Thinking of filling in an exhaust cut out on a bumper, The bumper is in good condition, And in the right colour.. The cut out is at the bottom, So i am thinking of DIY-ing it out.
Im very handy with a spray can, So the plan is, Credit card behind the cut out (what glue? Or plastic weld with a...

You have a D2S or whatever fitment is (forgot) HID kit then?
Keep us updated with fitting pics please (of hid kit to projectors), Im interested.
Cheers fellas, Just needed confirmation,
Grandad started waffling about "theres probably a rotating part to create the current, High or low"
I can see what hes trying to say, Hes an old school engineer.. Hobby mechanic.
But i sort of got across to him that it just plugs in.
Mine went ages ago and was changed by a garage, However my grandad has had the same symptoms and we decided to change the coil pack and spark plugs.
Done the plugs today, NGK, Better already, Not misfiring as much...
However coil pack will arrive tues... Does the pack just lift off? then the...
Read this: includes copper grease and torque discussion ;)
A lot of different opinions and ive read once or twice how cheap torque wrenches are inaccurate anyway.
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=506643&page=2
But i do think yes on a 2.0L engine i would get a good torque wrench...
The work looks fairly decent for DIY, But photos can hide a lot.
I agree a compressor, A DIY booth and some mixed paint would work a lot better but wheres the fun!
