I spent from 11am till 7pm yesterday fixing my Bold after I balls it up and got stuck in a loop with "App Error 523" :(. All sorted now though and working better than ever, even managed to get .282 running on it with no problems...still not brave enough to run 5.0 though lol.

Stand location isn't usually sorted by Future until the night before the show. So it could end up being tarmac, gravel or grass lol. Luck of the draw mostly but stand size and how many times the club has shown there in previous years also seems to help swing a better location.

The bushes are slightly different between the Ph1 and 2, Larkspeed will actually email you to ask you which kind you have fitted (straight or twisted) after you buy one. But from what I've seen and also read apart from the twist in the Ph2 mount it's all pretty much the same.

Aye no problem mate, only difference with yours, that I know of, is that it's a twisted mount.

That's how they come mate. You remove the one already on the car, struggle like f**k pushing the OE bushes out, slip the new poly ones in and refit. Hopefully mine will turn up this week, so I can stop the f**king annoy clunk.

I've never used CF but read a lot of good things about it, Ali or Magpie will probably be your best bet on those products TBH. But light swirling can be cleared up using SRP and a DA. All depends on the paintwork, how much work you want to put in and your budget.

Yeah I ordered back on the 13th and there's no sign of it yet. But their bay page does say 7-10 working days (although I'm sure I read on here that it takes over 3 weeks! :eek:) so at the latest I'm looking at the 28th before I start asking where it is lol. Which other mounts have you gone...

Eh? Quickly off the top of my head for final finish you want to be looking at something like Menz Final Finish (PO85RD) or possibly Menz Super Finish (PO106FA) or even Meg's #80 or #205. With suitable pads to match. One stop...f**k knows. Only thing I can think of is Meg's Solo #86. TBH...

Sarcasm fail PMSL. Where did you hear that load of s**t? MFs are used as the deep pile draws any contaminants still left on the paint work away and so reduce the chance of additional swirl marks. Where as a chamois leather doesn't have pile so you simply move the contaminates around the paint...
