    i wouldnt use a cheap " Euro " part either there crap! I did one for a lad, and the bearings lasted ermm 3 weeks :) and make sure the old gasket it s100% cleaned as if not it will leak!

    Gray this is a "AndyG" Build :) Its running a Hybrid td04, 750cc Injectors etc :) its the engine out of my red one. Fuel Lab Fuel Pressure Reg, Custom intake pipes and a a bigger TB. :)

    regardig turbo, put some pipe between the Cone Nose and the actuator :) As soon as it comes onto boost say .5bar it will open the waste gate :)

    Mineral oil if new rings have been fitted is a must, with synthetic oil you rish glazing the bores and the oil consumption will be lots. Bearings on there own a semi will do but a mineral oil will do the job for half the price, I always use Millers Running in oil for around 400 Miles, Drop that...

    £50 GULP!!! no decent body shop would charge £50 for that the paint will be £9.00 leaving £41 to do a job that will take 2 Hours. thats £20.50 per hour, not to mention the other materials they will use, Prima, Laqure etc .
