Right. Having a night mare with my H&R coil overs, adjusters are jammed and the top hat on one is also stuck.
Can any one help with the KIT number for a Ph1 172 H&R coil over kit please? its the only way i can reorder spares!

Hes fully right tho mate, in the book all three pulleys should be loose ;) as in both cam shaft pulleys and the bottom crank pully, and then you turn the engine over ( the engine doesnt move but the belt will and gain the right tension. You then tighten the pullys back up and crank pully ;)

Well a few small update.
I sold the 2118's as it seemed every other clio was running these. So i opted for some other alloys just a cheap brand but i liked them, i wasnt sure about the red stripe but i can always paint that :)

Vvt is some thing id of liked but advancing the cams does the same thing, apart from its lumpy on idle.
