I have only had a couple of runs but I would think standard for standard with both engines running right the Clio would take it but as we all no you can have good and bad ones with most engines and if you fluff your start you would struggle to make it up before the end. On a 50mph roll though...

Yep...apparently there is one particular lady who kicks up a real stink about the noise. As said above the daft thing is when we were stood in the pits having the briefing a plane flew over and you couldn't hear anything yet cars making probably less than half the noise weren't allowed on! Chris

Aren't we talking peak power tho..maybe the mods haven't helped get a high peak but if it spreads the power out through the rev range then it might not be slower. The Rsport ecu is a good example....hardly adds any power but it much better throught the revs and made a hell of a difference with...

The thing is tho...the faster the time the harder it is to get quicker as the speeds are also quicker. Getting my car to go from 15 dead to pretty much 14 dead took exhaust/decat, filter and off the shelf chip...to get from 14 to 13 dead would take a hell of a lot of cash... Chris

This is exactly why I'm not to bothered about my 1/4's nowadays. Mine was one of the quicker ones and I know that it is a bit quicker now but what with everyone on TB's etc it is just a waste of cash for me to bother.
