That's come up lovely, still think those wheels look spot on on it!
The Autoglym HD Wax is really good to be fair and for £40 ish can't go wrong but as said above everyone has their fav's
Thought i'd better do an up-to-date spec list, so here goes;
16mm hubcentric spacers
Cooksport springs
Milltek cat-back exhaust
Powerflex red exhaust hanger bushes
Re-map
K&N panel filter
OMP front upper strut brace in anthracite grey
OMP rear upper strut brace in anthracite grey
'Snappy'...
Can't believe I only just spotted this, looks amazing mate :up::up:
I still say it, can't begin to imagine how fast it is with like 100bhp more than mine 😂
It can be confusing chap don't worry, I was the same when I got mine, previous owner told me it was a 'full fat cup' when I bought it......... but mines the 182 with cup packs same as yours, so full fat.
Car looks smart with the shifter, get some more pics up :cool:
Yeah bet that looks AMA-ZING now after all that, cleaner than when it was new haha
Know what you mean about 182 wheels, kinda almost decided on keeping the standards in silver on mine now!
Owww s**t cheers buddy i'll be careful of that then, would be so gutted to rub them off....... not that i'm a badge snob or anything :yum:
Yeah it was a take it up the road job to make sure all is well, no rolling road there, but i'm happy with it *so far* I mean they estimate now its like...
When I picked it up this afternoon, I thought it would be rude not to go and take some photos of my own :cool:
........ and the rear strut brace, looks quite 'oem+' I think with the hats still fitted lol, I also know i'm really cool having the original rear mat in the boot like that...
So as I hoped, today has seen big progress! :smile: The new Milltek exhaust is now on the car and the fit is great, they really took the time to fit it correctly, replacing a few rubbers etc that looked tired along the way and heated it a little to make it sit right etc, they know if one of the...
Yeah I agree, the slash cut is lovely and subtle, even had a local lad recently say how smart it looks........... after i'd ordered the Milltek 🙈 BUT........ fancy me a bit of oem+ shiney shiney lol!
Nice touch with the panel, sounds a fiddly job but worth it all the same, big improvement!
😂 i'm exactly the same! The Alpine in mine doesn't even have AUX or USB, CD's for the win! :laughing:
That's one thing I really wanted, the rolled in tips, when kept clean they look so smart and much more noticeable! With the slash cut tips on mine at the mo they are really thin if you get me!
Yeah will be very interested to see and hear the difference, I mean it had a stainless steel exhaust on already which looked smart at the back with the slash cut tips and not sticking out of the bumper, but it was an unknown, something made up, and was a little loud for me. Getting this on with...
Just started at the beginning with this thread and wow, great additions on what was already an awesome car. The attention to detail on the more oem+ changes on the car really are great, the foot rest may be something some people don't even notice and I love that haha! The steering wheel though...
That looks STUNNING!! :up::up:
I own a low miles 182 myself and have to admit, i'm not sure I can say it's better than the Williams :smile:
If at all possible, keep the Williams and get a ratty 172/182 to track imo!
Have been a bit quiet with updates lately as just waiting for the new exhaust to be fitted..... however.... that will all being well be early next week :smiley: so the Milltek cat-back is on order and I have a standard cat ready to go on, will also be having the front and rear upper strut braces...
