Ive seen this method before, Ive got a little dent the size of a 50p piece on my boot lid, its not very deep, just looks like someones given it a tap.. Does anyone think this method of dry ice will work on the dent?
Suppose its worth a try.
I dont think detailing should be how much is spent on products, Its more how "detailed" the cleaning is.
It does help a lot to have all the producs though.
Ive just colleted stuff over the past few months.. Have most of the AG stuff, A rotary and some little accesories.
If your talking about the inserts on the roof that are between the roof and the windows, Ive read they push backwards.. Towards the rear of the car and slot out.
Dont quote me on that though, Might be wrong.
The pricks that go past me blinding with there HID kits, Go to fast for me to flash the s**t out of them.
One was behind me today all the way to the gym, I felt like getting out and twatting him/her.
If you get xenons do it properly.
Ill await pics before i judge but once one wheel is lower than the other it does make the car look much more lowered.
Its either going to be good or s**t.
Theres a guide i made in the guides section, But you have to be a paid member to see it.
Not sure if it would help though. I did it on my clio 2003 1.2 petrol.
Have you got anything lighter than 1200?
I wetsanded my panint with 3000 on my side strips then lacquered straight over.
The lacquer coverd the sand marks. Not sure if it would on 1200 though.
Could do, But i wanted it off for a few days so i could primer, spray and lacquer etc.
Thought i could keep the handle bit on with the button, without the diamond. But seems its glued in.
Anyone melted the plastic welds and taken the diamond off before?
Just took the boot diamond off, Was going to take the diamond off and spray it black..
But it looks plastic welded in?
Does that mean ive got to mask it off and spray it?
I cant do this till ive got a spare as i dont want to leave a big gaping hole in the boot.
Cheers.
Looks good as it is,
Have read that you cant lower atm, With insurance.
But if / When you could.. It would look really nice lowered, With anthracite alloys, Colour coded.. RS Grille etc.
I would have gone for a more subtle colour than yellow though lol.
Finish that ICE wiring :)
It can be harsh people telling you what they think, But you did ask for peoples opinions. I understand thinking people are being blunt, But its more just to the point.
If you like it, At the end of the day thats all that matters.
