cheers, piers.
Cheers.
Well I'm just gona buy a set of front FK Hubcentric 2x20mm spacers.
Will I be ok with just long nuts!? Or do I buy type system B, were I bolt spacer to Hub, then just fit wheel to spacer..?
love it, never seen a 4x4 172 before tho! a 1st ;)
seriously tho, has it been raised!? surely there not that high as standard!? lol (image 8.)
lower it and it will be perfect mate!!
bad idea tbh mate.. but if your really wanting to go for it.. buy a 172/cup and respray that instead as its even cheaper than buying a 182..
if u fancy RB, surely an actual 182 with this colour isnt much more than a silver 182, spend the extra 1k you have on a RB182..
simples...
pics please.. wana try and get a hold of one for my 172 soon soon..
how much do they fetch for!?
which one should i aim to go for!?
how much are they from renault direct!?
looks good.
i think you can work with it to make the decals suit the car alot more..i.e. lower it, get the wheels done gloss black and then IMO the decals will be alot more suited to the car overall..
decals are track orientated so complete it and give it the track look and your sorted!
cheers Kam_Racing. will PM u as son as ino.
what is the actual benifit from doing the conversion. just found and read the thread.. just seem abit pointless? :S
well i have full camber on the front with my H&Rs.. lol and measured the gap to the arch and it was over easly over 30mm so 25mm on each front corner should be ok ;)
but then again i might not bother with huge spacers now, as i think i may look abit ghey with the wheels completly flush.. so...
wanting to widen my track with to make wheels more flush with arches,
I'm thinking 40mm (2x20mm) front and 30mm (2x15mm) rear and that shouldnmake them just about flush..
looking at the below link,

Also wanting to convert the nuts...
yea they will do, didnt relise they would until it says on the ktec website that they doo..
cheers dude, hope all goes well getting some
mine are boxed n ready to go ;)
yep fantastic... might only slighlty improve the cups handling as its mena b really good as standard.. not sure but you will also get a decent drop...
