ok, well what are they like cost wise etc to get set up correctly for my 172!?

thing is i will hardly track my car... :S more for fast road, fun SAFE B-roading etc is more me. are they a really hard n harsh ride? Curently got Eibech sportlines... any harder/worse than them!? was going to go for Vmaxx coilovers but then these have come along for same price¬?

SPACERS!!! dont get rid of the 172 wheels, you will soon miss them, well i did and doo.. :( 15-20mm spacers all round and you are sorted!!! thats all your car needs!

what's the signs of badly worn disks,

IMO dont go lower than 30mm with springs, get coilovers or stick with eibech spring for a -30mm drop. u will regret it as the ride is s**t. eibech sportlines are best bang for buck!

from the stock RS brake setup, changing the pads, lines n fluid is the best benificial value for money/performance upgrade, yea? or is it a must the disks need upgrading Aswell or are stock disks good enough? for Fast Road use, Not track. just its either new tarox front disks or set of 4...

pannel filter/exhaust system/matched inlets/custom remap are prob the four things bang for buck with 1*2 tbh.. thats as far as im going unless i have plenty of spare cash then maby cams... but thats it.. but i do agree, better brakes/tyres/suspension will get you around a track alot faster...

This is true, just stating facts n figures..

These mods.. -ktec zorst system -ktec pannel filter -no back seats etc (-30-40kg) and have spent around £350 on the above mods which got me to 15.3@90mph, before these mods I got 15.6@86mph..
