So you have a leek then ? lol.
Im no expert in mechanics but it seems obvious you have. see if you can find out where its coming from and repair it yourself if you can.
Or if you dont fancy fiddling around take it to a garage.
Just got my blue silverline today.
Got a 3.5inch backing plate and 4 inch sonus white pad.
Going to do my headlights soon as there glazed over, need a stonger cut polish though.
Pleased you got good results as im hoping to aswell.
Its bloody noisey and heavy though ! never held a porter...
Went in yesterday. The guy took my car into the garage. 5 mins later it was back on the forecourt with a new bonnet catch ! :D.
Happy its one less thing to worry about on the car now.
Ive got the pipercross, its a nice sound when you put your foot down.
I wouldnt pay for one new (unless i had the money lying around) wait and get one second hand off ebay for about 30 - 40. Bargain.
I sanded mine down and intended to polish up with scratch X.
I sanded the whole headlight though because the sun had put little crackles and glazed them. Scratch X didnt work too well getting it back to form, I used Autosol which was much more abrasive.. then Scratch X ... then SRP. Still...
Budget was about 200 including amp and speakers. i know its not a lot, so ive settled for these.

Ive booked mine in for weds. 8am ! which is early for me seeing as i dont get up before 12.
Going to take it down there then, he said it would be a five minuite job. I hope they dont f**k me about. He asked me if i had a letter but i said i was told i didnt need one, So i hope the catch will...
Excellent, nice one for taking the time to explain mate.
Im using them for light DJing, so i normally turn the vol up half way on the hi fi and just use the mixer for volume ( never over 75% though) so should be all good.
Thanks.
That would be too much power then wouldnt it? it says max 125w per channel.
Is it probably "hyped" up in the manual. and the amp is not really that powerful?
Hi,
I realise this is not an audio forum, but i think there are probably some people on here who know a fair bit about home audio etc.
Hopefully someone will will kindly help me.
Im going to order these speakers i think...
Do you need a letter to get the catch replaced?
Sorry if some one has said and ive missed it.
Mine does look a bit rusted. and Renault is at the bottom of my road.

Get some sticky back plastic (clear) take the fogs out and put some on properly if you want it to be useful and not look ghetto?
