Believe they are coloured as the filter is clear. Hence how the LED dash conversions work.
Not sure on the size I'm afraid matey. New clocks? Look smaller than plcc-2 though
Felt like I knew nothing about cars for a moment then. Close call.
Bypass on ph1s I think but not the ph2. I might have just told a fib though.
Lol yep it is
oh it's a MK1 being converted is it? or is it a mk2 ph1 which does have a uch, don't they? I'm making a fool of myself hear so bid this thread farewell!
Corner is a tiny weany little crest so car goes all light over it catching everyone out! Also a little tighter than it looks from the entry and easy to be distracted by the on lookers. Great recipe.
Wah, am I being a complete tard. Surely the UCH from the clio will still need to be there to control all the internal functions of the car?
epiphany mid post, by bass immob allows for one key. ta da. This is an awful lot of work for a car that can be bought.
I saw the first pic and cried at the alloys (very emotional I know)
Read on and though what a top bloody job, love the PH1 in OB and especially with silver OZs. Headlights look fab, need to do a similar thing myself.
Sorry mate I don't think I said what I meant properly. The immob key chip from the clio will be needed to open the cars UCH and then the immob chip from the megane will need to be in the ignition key. Unless there's no immob!
Studs for convenience ja!
I had my wheels off at least once a week because race car and it was a little annoying I have to admit. Keep you're wheels on and you'll keep your shirt on.
I'm not sure myself of your question but put it this way. I did a load of track sessions and went round the ring with 16mm hub spacers and 40mm bolts and I am here to tell the tale! They wouldn't be sold by reputable companies like JJC if there was a terrible safety rating
I believe so mate, have to allow for the head on the bolt.
My 16mm hub buddies were absolutely fine. Bolt to hub is only better if you take the wheel on and off alot.
Fitted a rain sensor screen to my car, serial line to uch, electronic earth and the other one which is part of the system in the roof. Also got a rain sensor/variable wiper speed stalk.
Gone into clip, says it's not set to have rain sensor which is what I expected. When I go to reconfigure it...
Yeah I only ever bent mine a little getting it on and off ramps.
It depends what you use your car for. Mine used to catch every morning on the carpark ramp at work so an expensive one would have been a terrible choice.
Used to be taken off when they were put on the car transporters when new
Completely agree with the above. Why pay so much for something in one of the most vulnerable places on a car.
If you smash it then £12 to replace is a wonderful feeling.
first new post in here as Graham!
Bought a sport rear bumper last night and took it to the The Bodyshop in Sevenoaks. Run by my friends brother who always does lovely work and will have it done in the week hopefully. £80. He's going to order enough paint for the whole sport kit so when I need...
