sounds like a good price!
if insurance wont rape me, im gonna get a sportex exhaust i think xD
either that or ill get a K&N air filter, but insurance want £48 for declaring it
i did mine myself, all i can say is i wish i got it done professionally :L the finish will not be the same as your car, ill send some pics of mine if you want, because they don't look as good as they could aha
nooooooooo they slide off - the door ones go from the front of the car to the back and vice versa for the rear strips, but i think theres a bit where you have to lift slightly which is near the back on the door when you open it.
its a good start, could be a nice car when you're done, but like the other guys i'd say some smaller wheels 16" max but 15" preferably, colour code side strips, bumpers and it'll be looking good :)
i also like the black wheels with that colour :)
yeah i'd just say hair dryer, but don't make it too hot that it damages the paint, and hopefully it wont need too much polishing, but any should be ok :)
the only way to get power out of a 1.2 is to get a better power/weight ratio... basically strip it :L so get rid of back seats door cards etc, but don't touch the engine or anything.. wont go faster :P
put some pics up :)
colour code and 172 spoiler is a must IMO.
maybe xenon headlights if it's a facelift :)
if its not a facelift cos you said its a Y-reg, then dual optics are a great upgrade to the front end :)
