it may just be me, went at it flat out and it wouldn't budge so ended up rounding the bolts (cowboy lol) so ground that sides bolts off, the other side I got a long bar over my ratchet/spanner and got them loose
I had a ringing sound the other day, turned out the central exhaust mount packed in and the little 8mm bolt that holds the exhaust to it was rattling around when driving and echoing through the exhaust system
wasn't as loud as your video though but its a start :)

hi mate i got a knocking when reversing, the symptoms are differetn but heres a video of the knock, this was reversing uphill with the wheel locked left, you can hear the two knocks just after the bite point at 4 and 5 seconds

if it was me id go new. As its a major component amd not a simple swap over if it goes, it wont cause a cambelt failure but just increased hassle

most council based units (well my dads anyways) dont allow vehicles or flammable items in :(
as my car would have been extremely cosy if the winter was a lot worse lol
