Sounds good mate. One thing you may want to consider is mark fish springs as they are rated quite highly by some of the trophy boys and it will give you a little drop as well which is always nice.
Get a poll on the go.
Another couple of question to ask your self is
what's your budget?
Have you considerd a 250 ( epic car )
The thing is with the 200's is their free falling in deprecating atm but the 197/r26/1*2 have all pretty much reached their bottom value so why don't you buy one of...
I sold my old 182 to a mate about 4 months ago and he still haven't washed it once, just shows most people won't care for your car as much as you do.
don't think ill buy that back lol.
I personal would go for a r26 as you get the same mpg and tax as the 197/200's you got some low down torgue for everyday driving, your not going to loose muchmoney on them as pretty much at the botton of their value, limited slip diff to play with and comes with recaros as you said you want some.

Wat 200mph said wip out some cash and try and get them down on the price and if you get it cheap enough then you can sort out the problems.
Saying that has the cambelt and damper refurb been done?
i think black turini's on LY clio's look epic, all you got to do is get some tyre gel on the tyre's, lower it, spray the cage LY or black and maybe get some bucket type of seat as the standard seat's look a bit out of place sitting in front of that cage imo.
