That's how they come from the factory, no ABS and a light twitchy rear end mean any more and you'd swap ends under hard braking.
Search on here for the VOSA article which explains to MOT testers why they shouldn't fail 172 Cups on low rear effort.
Sorry, but I'm with all of the above.
You want to enjoy a nice car, and really want an RS Clio...you could likely afford insurance on one in a year's time...but in the meantime you want to suffer a huge depreciation hit and likely massive cash loss through loads and loads of mods to a car that...

Is this not going to get confusing...I've already added myself to the other thread?!
They feel sluggish from low revs, crap torque and extra weight mean they'll always struggle.
Straight line once rolling though, and there's nothing in it between a 197/200 and a 1*2.
That's a brave move committing to one of them regardless of your position.
Looks lovely, enjoy every minute of it and ignore the jealous wan*ers at work!
I've been running this set of Yokohama Advan AD08s since July, have covered 7.5k miles including 3 trackdays, very impressed with them so far.
I'm at Rentech this morning for a service, and Dave spotted this...
I'm struggling with what's caused this? If it were a simple puncture/penetration I...
No disrespect to your friend but has he done a cambelt change on one of these cars before and does he have the correct locking tools etc.?
If not, you'd be well advised to nip down to Rentech in Portsmouth to get it done.
I've got good mpg out of the last few tanks, wet leaves everywhere on my commute mean I'm taking it a little easier than normal.
Happy with my lifetime average though, including 4 trackdays it now stands at a respectable 34mpg :approve:
So the letter actually says your next direct debit amount will be £160.82?
Or does it just state you're being debited £80.41, and you think this is in addition to any direct debit already planned?
When you specify '5k miles', is the question the insurance company has asked you 'How many miles will the policyholder travel per year?' or is it actually 'How many miles will the vehicle travel per year?'?
Can't see at all how this isn't undertaking.
You joined from a slip road, then having done so you made your way from lane 1 into lane 2, and then with the clear sight of slower moving traffic in lane 3, continued to pass them in a place/manner where the normal road driver does not expect to be...
iPod Shuffle (2nd gen)
iPad 2
iPod Shuffle (3rd gen)
iPod Classic (160gb)
iPod Nano (6th gen)
Of all the above, only the 3rd gen Shuffle was significantly flawed in its basic concept...it tried too hard to do too much. The others are pretty much bang on.
Quite attached to my iPod Classic, but...
Wow. Incredible machine.
Surprising how capable it is on bicycle tyres. Makes perfect sense though...in real terms they do have so little to do. Amazing. Want one.
