Sounds like the wishbone bushes were sagging and now theyve been replaced, its pivoted the wheel by moving the wishbone outwards, so its pushed out at the bottom and its rubbing on the spring at the top.
Either way, bit of a problem. Fitting wheel spacers causes all sorts of nasty handling...
