Are you sure it's even been mapped??? My old car was advertised a while back as remapped, but it's not, it's just what people want to hear.

I imagine a zhp knob would fit? They just push on, and the zhp is weighted. I love it though, look baller, pay nothing for it.

Re: Something squeaking when clutch pressed in Changing the clutch? Not cheap. Bit of a pig to do yourself too. The second most expensive job on the Clio really after the cambelt with dephaser etc. Clutch kit itself is about 135 quid or so for a genuine valeo one *use nothing else!

Re: Something squeaking when clutch pressed in Yes, drive it, if it is the release bearing, not the cable, yes it'll get worse. When it eventually fails, it'll feel like an earthquake as you attempt to pull away. My ph1 died at 88k and I did the clutch kit (comes with release bearing). If...

I'd wager that there's at least 25 RS clio's driving around with fast chip map's and owners have got a clue. It makes no real difference, it's not a turbo car where it's going to make 25 horse power difference. Don't worry about it.

My windows comment was a joke, but I actually was serious about the passenger mirror. Such a cool car dude. Just get on to the p***t now!

Dude, with the age of it, windows were probably an option, as was a passenger side wing mirror I imagine. LOL

Has it got a tape player? If so you should have spoke to JoewasT5. He customised his volvo tape deck so it accepted an ipod. Basically, the man's a genius. Looks totally OEM but is practical.

Oh, and the wing mirrors are my favourite bit of this update. Mint.
