    You will see around 110hp which is quite a jump and normally around the 350 quid mark. Most people dont tell the insurance and the dealers shouldn't notice so shouldn't affect the waranty!

    I reckon to get an extra 20 miles out of a tank in mine and it feels plenty more responsive, i'd try a tank in your 1 point whatevers to see for yourselves :D

    Sorry 03 onwards, mines on an 03 and only has one lock. Also changed to clear side repeaters at the same time.

    Cambelt is 72k or 5 years whichever is first. Reno would have your pants down for the change but a decent independant place would do it for around £450, this would normally include swapping the aux belt too. Other than that just make sure it has had all its services every 12k and it should be...

    I'll only use V-Power in mine, find it makes it quite a bit more lively on small throttle openings at low revs. Also improves fuel economy and cleans your engine, so worth it.

    Yeah, on some cars they make quite a difference, others not so much. Apparently make a bit more of an impact on a 172

    When the clear repeaters came in you lost the drivers door lock. Climate control was an option when you could spec silver.
