the williams ecu will be going on a hybrid engine im having put in.

its not the battery's, im pretty sure its water coming through messing it up, i ordered a willy ecu today, what happens now regarding the ecu/immobiliser? cars an m reg valver

my central locking hardly works on the button anymore so i use the key in the door but this doesnt disengage the immobiliser so i have to struggle trying to get the button to work, is there a way round this? also im changing the ecu soonish will my central locking and immobiliser still work...
