Lightroom 3 aye... Go to develop, then in basic tools, top left theres a little ink dipper. Click that on something thats 'white' and it'll adjust the white balance to suit.

15'' ftw. I've never had any problems with my glossy screen, use it all the time on trains etc during the day and never notice the reflections. Use it for loads of photography work as well :S
