The only 182 i would buy is a Trophy or 'cup packed' FF 182! The 182 Cup is pointless over the 172 cup imo.

For what you want (a small track beast?) it has to be the 172 cup!

Not a bad price for the spec! I see a few boggo 57/08's at my local dealer (Toomey Southend) a month or so ago when i was buying at over 12k with similar milage on them but whether they solds another question! As said above should probably look private - There are a few well spec'd ones...

14k gets you a good 2003/04 E46 M3 or an old V6 but both with be over 5 years old and will have racked up some miles in comparison! There is no new (or nearly new car) that gets near the 200 for value for the 15/16k imo.

I dont get what the fuss is all about personally as i havnt noticed it with mine (unless its barely noticeable) but then i have always had a rule of never going above 3k before 15/20 mins on the road anyway so its obviously warm by this time! At what point on the rev range is it noticeable?
