persoanally mate i would've thought the offset is such that it will make the wheels sit too far in as iirc the correct offset for clios is between 35-40mm offset, you may find the scrub inside the arch but not at the lip more likely to be inside the arch closest to the engine if they makes sense...

it means how far the wheel sits off the hub, the higher the number the further it sits in the lower and the further it sits out, iirc 172 should be between 35/7mm & 40mm

half inch will be ok with 40mm offset ;)

assuming you are talking about the m2 ph1 headlights the original bulbs you had shouldnt of even fitted as they are completely different. the sport headlight has a seperate bulb for dipped and main. i cant remember the exact bulb type i think the main is H7 or summit, get yourself down halfrauds...
