That guy in the white MK1 is a student at the college. He always has a crowd of people hanging around with him and the car and every time I take great pleasure in burbling past and mocking him with mine! He's actually waved and flashed at me a couple of times :S

Gives it a nice squat I reckon. This was the day they were fitted though so marginally lower now I'd say due to settling slightly.

Covered many times on here mate but basically sportlines will be what you want based on your criteria. However, they will only drop your car 30mm (just), not 40.

Yeah, just get it scratched up a bit with the wet and dry, then primer, leave to dry, primer, paint, dry, paint, dry, laquer!

Unless you're planning on keeping the car for many more years you're going to be wasting your money mate. As has been said many a time on here recently, the price of 1*2s has taken a hammerimg. Break it and buy a cheap new one. You've not yet mentioned insurance though? Not going down that route?
