mate, i bought 5litres of the stuff and you go through it like water. i am not joking. my car wasn't exactly bad, but i still used over a litre of the stuff on my sills and front of car. also, the best (and only way to apply imo) is by spray.

glad its been easy enough to get sorted out though. as for the whiplash claim. quite right. you obviously have a genuine injury that was someone elses fault, which isn't an accident, was pure carelessness imo!
i used menz polish on mine. only did it the once by machine. topped off with clearkote red moose glaze (worth investing in as gave the red a "depth") then swissvax onyx to top off.
