i was stayin with relatives in the US and they had a 50" panasonic HD plasma, quite a few of their channels are HD already, he had the american football on and flicked it to and from HD. the difference is night and day, was really impressed with it

theres a company bringin out 100 meg next year supposedly, cant remember what one, this its telewest or NTL

the w800 seems to be a sturdier phone tho, samsungs are great, my e720 has been dropped a million times and been down a toilet and its still going strong!

id avoid it, go for the w800 instead, my k750 is away just now for the 3rd time and ive only had it about 4 months, biggest pile of sh!te ive ever had, its a great phone when working but its hardly working most of the time so...

i dont rate belkin very well, their rane is piss poor, i use a 3com office conneect router/firewall and 2 laptops with 3com cards and the range is great, never ever drops, customer service is top $ as well, when i first got mine i thought it was faulty but it ended up being the ethernet card i...

i cant stand vodafone as soon as my contracts up im movin to O2, when i was with singlepoint for many years it was great but as soon as vodafone took over the customer service is diabolical, i hate them! im just raging that i cant get out of my contract for another 14 months!

got any suggestions for the cheapish amd 64 cpu or even better links? ill prob buy the majority of the stuff from ebay and micro direct. ive never had an amd so i know nothing about them, basically just looking for a half decent combo that will run most games at the cheapest possible price!

agreed ^ plasmas and lcd picture quality is sh!te imo, we fit them all the time and ive yet to see one with a crackin pic, even panasonics arnt the best either, got to be a HD one, id prefer to spend half that on a decent flat/widescreen, picture will be 10 times better than any plasma

i bought a nice new pc case a while back but never got round to building the thing. just wondered what would peoples advice on cpu/motherboard. i was just gonna go the full hog and get a p4 3.0 but im not sure, i dont have a clue about AMD processors, would i be better goin down that road...

im not 100% on networking, just want to branch into something to do with computers, at the moment im working with my old boys company fitting kitchens/bathrooms and just general joinery but i dont want to be a joiner for a living and my hearts just not in it at all but its keeping me going for now

not really too sure, i dont know if the course covers the cabling side of things id need to look into it more, just dying to get a change of jobs, i feel like im stuck in a rut :(
