i have been 4 rounds a tourney in career mode but I spotted there are 112 odd sponsor events to unlock everything... think i might be turning that down haha

I tend to try and wack it in still and ignore the breaks :D

I'm rubbish at putting and I do well on courses with flat greens and rubbish at lumpy ones lol

is the country club setup on xbox btw?

well they got mugged off it's free on the app store.

it also not a problem if you have a 'mate' who will sort you out with windows i guess

i just left it on normal difficulty and on the nationwide tour if you were under par you won and on PGA tour you need about -10 to -15 i think it's better to turn up the swing difficulty so you dont get that silly spin in mid air etc

ive done level 4 ea, level 1+2 cleveland and unlocked ping but I'm going to stay with CG until I get level 4 I think.

if you do a sponsor challenge you unlock things from that brand at least this year when you get dlc courses on your tour you can select a normal one to play, last year you had to skip the event which sucked

the one thing that irritates me about this game is fairway, rough or bunker as long as you line up the 'cross hair' with the middle of the ball you can pretty much hit a decent shot - 150 yard irons from deep in the bunker woo :/

they've changed putting again this year, its not bad. instead of a diagram appearing on your screen a ghost trail kind of appears where your club is going to swing. I like it. try the demo maybe?

I thought it was realistic not to win the masters as an amateur but then I saw an achievement for it lol :(

he's a free agent so at his age if no one wants him he probably retires reasonably quick. if you're past the first season i bet he was in your game but no longer...

I did not get anywhere near winning the masters as an amateur but that might be because I put it in the water twice on 1 hole :( I put the difficulty up to Tour Pro and I think it gives it a good balance of turning off the silly spin thing in mid air but enough help that the game isnt...

I got offered him in my game (didnt want him though) and I defo picked the right setup Even if you do all select the right leagues there is an element of randomness to it - I can remember one year of FM i got a mint striker for Swindon called Jan Blazek and I never saw him in any other save since.

yup used to use play but they started shipping for the exact release date so now i use shopto, will have tiger woods when i get home tonight a day early :cool:

some people build small pc's with big hard drives, share it over the network and call it a nas. i guess AK is just trying to play things from his locally via a nearby tv or something...
