following on from this thread http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=292467 had a mecanic have a look today and he said its nothing to do with what the rac told me (coil pack) he said he will try the plugs and leads tomorrow and if its not that, the car will have to go to renault...

Dudley mate, but i cant drive my car and i work during the week so find it hard to get down there, a friend of mine said he can sort it so shouldnt be too dear

my girlfrineds car has been hit and it has left paint on there. my girlfriends car is sliver and the other car that hit her is red, is there anything i can use to remove the red paint from the car, the scratch aint too deep i could probably remove that its just the red paint mark thatmay be...

so its more than likely the coil pack. would that explain the smell and the exhaust rattling ande shaking etc

my local stealer charges £77 quid just to look at it, and then no doubt they will say this, that and everything else will need doing.

started my car up tonight, didnt sound right, and it was shaking through the gear knob and the front (if that makes sense) revved it a bit and a really wierd smell (like egg) was coming from the car and also it didnt sound like it was revving as normal, the exhaust is also making like a...

i have thrown quite a bit of work his way so maybe he was helping me out, but im sure he gave the other memebrs simular prices

i payed £250 for all bumpers, side strips, spoiler, door hanldes, mirrors plus a key mark on my drivers door. work is top notch and the bloke who did has done 2 other members cars on here and they were happy with his work
