it's only been a 30 day wait, after many many hours browsing the pages of what my girlfriend calls the new wife (cliosport.net), I collect my 172 cup today!!
I don't think I slept at all last night, was like a little kid on dec 24th!
Only think thats conserning me is the amount of rain coming...
he sounded like the most dodgy bloke ever on the phone.
Didn't know anything and kept talking to other people while on the phone.
I don't think the car would be yours for long if you handed out your readies lol
Phoned him, he doesn't own the car, he's a loan shark and taken it off someone.
That someone managed to slash the seats before he took it.
A real minter then lol
Bought a Clio Cup 172 from Blyth, had to wait for reg to get changed before I could take it away.
Currently on the reg BT53 KTC
Cliosport stickers on it.
Anyone from here or know of it?
Just working it out,
It's £517 INc vat for both changed at local renault specialist.
£387 Inc vat for just CAM belt changed.
For Renault Wizz it's £250 + £70-£80 in petrol - £320 ish and thats both but with 9 hours of driving.
I am thinking it's a good excuse to go for a blast!!
I think the bloke who's sold me this has it wrong, nobody even stocks a 86mm hose never mind a reducer. Find plenty 80>70mm reducers. I will wait until I pick the thing up on Wed. Saves everyone the confusion.
Cheers for the help!
Bought a BMC with a 86mm inlet/outlet what size reducer is any do I need to fit?
Looking at gettin a Samco/hill power style induction hose, but can't find the pipe size anywhere.
Cheers Mark
Anyone in the North East willing to change them for me?
172 cup, money involved of course.
Am quite handy and mechanics, just never messed with timing before.
Regards
Mark
