My 182 is less too than the 197, but the 197 would be more for them to replace if they had to pay out. I'd imagine that's how it works anyway or at least something which contributes to it.
Too many people think they're invincible, they're not. I certainly wouldn't want to f**k up a car I'd worked so hard for. Especially not a brand new one. Too much is unpredictable in these 'twisties' everyone loves. Glad you're ok though dude, and hopefully your car will be sorted easily enough...
Could've been an owner before the last one who was on here, chap.
http://linns-motoring-links.com/plates-new.htm this would suggest that it was first registered in Nottingham, depending on the number of owners the car has had they might be a saaavern member.
I'm not sure why someone wouldn't just have bought a V6 if they wanted it to look like that, surely the 12k they're claiming they've spent would easily buy them a ph1.
However, I guess if it's years old then they'll have probably been more pennies for a Vee back then. God knows.
Not to my...
Ditto! No one is going to spunk the pennies buying a new airbag to test if it'll deploy though. :( And a high speed impact I don't think I'd want to risk it. :S
Rear bumper does look a slight shade different, and I doubt anyone would go to the trouble of colour coding the rear bump strip.
Probably had damage to the rear at some point, whether that be a knock or maybe had a scuff, etc.
It might not show on a HPI either if it wasn't done via...
People don't need to give their car type/colour when they join as a rule, so not sure really how Revels could find it out. Probably your best bet for this forum would be to start a poll for example on a 'What colour is your Renault?' thread, etc. :)
Unless they've got a clause in their policy about covering the iPhone then ring up to register it? And do as I and Revels have said a few weeks or a month or so down the line...
Ah they check them all mate, you won't get a sniff out of Apple.
Try what Menzo says, leave it to dry out for a while. Give it a go, if it works, then Bobby Dazzler if not "Hi Apple, £600 is that? I'll pull my panties down shortly."
Take out insurance with someone else, 15 days later claim?*...
You'll have no problems getting them replaced if they start to f**k up. A nice word with Renault UK will get them replaced if your dealers aren't keen. :) Lets hope they're made of better stuff initially and it won't come to that.
I'm an avatar perfectionist. LOL.
TBF, Brian, I'd hope Recaro/Renault took enough notice of the 197/R27 issues with the Recaro's and made these a little bit better. TBF, the one I saw at a dealers had Recaro's and I didn't notice as the R27 hadn't had it's changed by that point so next...
The service book will indicate that it's 5 years or 72k chap.
Still think it's overpriced for the miles otc. But I guess you're paying a premium for the LY. 6 months warranty could be a god send if it turns out you buy a shed (not saying it is one, but just in case).
I think it's a bit high...
Brian I was compelled to do you a proper avatar. Shame I can't get you F4STA picture to fit properly... But a nommy 200 deserves a proper avatar. :approve:
R27 would look terrible with black speedlines considering a lot of the car is themed for the anthracite look. 1/3 of it is covered in anthracite stickers. All of that plus black plus red brakes plus colour of the car spells visual disaster, IMO.
But we're not allowed opinions in here. LOL!
Didn't ask them. That was the price from E.H Sunderland. I'd never get it done there in a million years, I asked their price so I could get money off. Don't patronise me for being a female!
But to the OP, if you buy it, get your cam/aux done through one of the traders or try round a few dealers...
