Coilovers are a spring and damper unit in one matey. You can adjust height and damping levels. If you want the slammed to fook look and have the pennies go for these.

Very unsure Kenny. I was going to go for 60mm on the Apex Kit but my hub spacing is 52mm so that is now out of the question without spacers. Im thinking now of the adjustable Spax 60mm kit or just some Eibachs with a 30mm drop. Depends on finances though as I really want to get a digital camera...

Could you please post pictures of your car (Pref 98-01) lowered on 15s (Pref 195-50-15). Could you also state what the car is lowered on aswell. Other peeps dropped on 15s feel free to post. I did a few searches however a few folks pics had been removed probably due to age and taking up forum...

Most of the cheaper springs are quite harsh so I would say Eibach or H&R.

I see what you mean its just that the Apex was the one I budgeted for. Spax adjustable sounds good. Area around me is pretty rough so I could slam it and raise it on occasion. Will save a few more pennies then. Cheers again folks :D

Yes will do mate. The second link is the Apex list and according to them the one I want and the one the lads have (60mm) is only for 1.4 and 1.6. Im going to take the car up anyway but I just cant understand how it says that on several sites and yet folks on here have it. :confused:

Its a b**ch matey, I put a bit of string through a bit on the end of the metal of the key and pliers on the plastic and pulled like hell. Thats the gung ho method though lol Mines a 99 1.2, I think the key is the same though
