You don't have to look very far in a car park to find a car whose tyres are cracking, and perished. I'm not sure how far tyres are tested as part of an MOT...

Whereabouts has the threaded bar snapped? Pretty sure I bodged mine at some point to sort the same issue, and just put a nut on the bar to hold it in place -- but we're going back donkeys.
Group A was the greatest for me, road ready homologation specials available for 30k OTR. You can't buy anything close to what's on the stages, these days. Everything is a compromise to give as many toys as you can get for your monthly payment.

Although 4WD is immense fun when it’s greasy out. Out of your list I think FRS is the only permanent 4WD setup, the other two are haldex-y?
Few shots from my recent Spa / Ring trip. Absolutely loved it, 1200 miles and the car didn’t miss a beat.
Brakes were juddery and the starter motor didn’t like being hot, but apart from that...
Getting a DTI on everything this weekend, then we’ll see. The car isn’t super heavy, and the workload is no more than these huge Alcons should be able to comfortably do lap after lap.

I only converted about 3 months ago, and it gives you handy stats, like the attached.
Also, has 'TOR window' mode, so you it fires up a TOR protected tab...
It’s actually a completely different bumper, the splitter is bolted and self tapped into the bumper and bolted to the engine brace underneath — Only tested to 90mph, though!
The fog holes are now brake ducts, with some nice direct airflow...
