I thought once you'd downloaded songs they saved into the iTunes files on your PC. I know a couple of albums I've purchased through iTunes have the files saved on my PC. They should be there and just drag them to the memory stick and off you go.

I'd think it'd be overload on a LY, white it might be ok, TBH until you see a fully blown yellow interior in the flesh you can't really decide. The demo one I saw had the grey inside and it was white with Recaro's and it looked sweet.
