Very common for that bolt to snap in half

Could have just come loose so check that first, there is a nut on the other end too

I was gunna fit a standard plastic engine cover to tidy up the engine bay as well but i dont want that melting all over the engine too!!

Its ok mate, its been a standard comment from people that own a sheep clio with turinis and a yozza exhaust that have no imagination to try anything different
It looks no worse than any other homemade heatshield imo
Tbh chris theres not many small buckets out there, I recommend the calf rearing bucket as it fits so perfect in the engine bay, you couldnt make a bucket fit any better tbh

Just thought id try something different and its seemed to work quite well which has seriously pissed off all the cliosport sheep on here who wouldnt dream of using anything but a V6...
Certainly doesnt feel like its lost any power. At speed the bucket will catch all the cold air going through and over the rad
But omg to sound is just incredible!!
Tbf spending £1.50 to maybe get an extra 2 bhp is slightly better than spending £1800 on a RS2 for a 13 bhp gain
Im happy, dont really care about it being a bucket, it matches my 172 cup blue and looks quite sweet in the bay
I have some heat wrap so will put some on, surely this is still better with the bucket than without
After a fast run i opened the bonnet and had a feel of the cone filter and it felt quite cold
Pulls really well, certainly doesnt feel any slower than with the standard airbox
