just got the gold on the night race of grand tour special event. admittedly i needed the racing line on but you still need some big b****cks to do that!!

I've never had a massive problem with a ps3 pad the only thing about the xbox triggers is they have a longer range so you have more accurate control. Wheel ftw though :)

the rally special event at level 16 is ace, that k trail on eigur is awesome

i'm about 2 seconds off the gold pace not sure where. the night one you mean? tough but i got a silver so far :S will work on it later. could only bronze the rally but gold the 2 races no problems

i am after some old school jap crap to do the jap classic race, then i've completed beginner series. my 360hp e type served me well for the euro races :D

apparently if you change the oil on a brand new car you will get extra hp :D

I've got a celica gt 4 for the rally races, it is 240 something bhp so if i change the oil it will probably go over the limit lol. I need reduce the weight or something to finish the tarmac rally

aha! once i noticed the traction control was turned on that merc my times quickly came down. annoyingly i have got the gold trophy for the entire lap but i cant gold sector 4 on it's own which is stopping me from unlocking the ring!!

The weird thing about the lotus challenge on the top gear track is that car they give you slides all over the show but once you do it, you win another elise which is fine to drive :s I bought a lotus esprit sport :D I'm going to see how many championships i can polish off at the weekend

the thing this has pointed out to me about forza vs GT is most of the cars in forza feel fairly similar to me but every car in gt handles slightly different. within reason, obviously a clio doesnt handle the same as a le mans car anywhere.
