I'll echo everyone else's thoughts, the engineering on hondas is fantastic, the steering feel for the EP3's is terrible and for that reason is why I wouldnt have one. The best civic type R i've driven was an EK9, great steering feel, engine is a little gutless and not too quick but a very good...

Check the leads mate. If the aux belt is squeeling the alternator may be nackered

Would need less modification's needed to the bodywork/arches if you fit smaller wheels yeah. Fitting things like 17's then coilovers and putting it down very low will require modifications to the front arches, never had a clio on 17's for the rear end so you'd need to check that out.

Your main engine mount would be a start mate on the left hand side when you open the engine bay. The next one would be your dogbone mount which is underneath the car. I've never heard of the top gearbox mount going but that one is situated under the battery

Turini's are a PITA to clean though. I used to have ultraleggera's on my silver cup, was nice. I'm considering going for Black ultraleggera's on my BG 182, make it look stealthy

Fuel econemy isnt fantastic and it stinks of fuel, how much did a new thermostat set you back? It seems to be running on cold start idle as well when I come to a junction/traffic lights etc

To start with I was having problems with my cold start limiter sticking on. So I've replaced the temperature sensor. Now my temp sensor goes to 1/4 way up when the car has been driven for ages. It rises up to 1/2 way when the car has been sat stationary for 10 mins however as soon as you move...
