ooooh this might be a stupid question too. but to change the head. do u need to get under the car at all? or can it be all done from it sat on the ground?

yup i tell everyone its the ariel! no one ever believes me! goes and spends stupid amounts on a new sunroof then wonders y it still leaks! all u gotta do is tighten the ariel nut up. job done
my car keeps cutting out. when i put the clutch in and it drops down the revs it every so often (only once or twice when first starting up cold) it carries on past 900rpm and cuts off. and sometimes from cold when i accelerate it holds back at about 2500 revs and judders then goes fine again...
